We regularly offer networking events to our trainers. Take advantage of presentations by expert guests from the world of education, meet other passionate trainers, and develop your training business.·freelancer·e!

Training for trainers

Take advantage of our training courses and summits to develop and certify your skills as a freelance trainer. Learn how to build exciting training courses using the latest tools in adult education, and develop your freelance business with our marketing courses.

RSF certification

By joining our network, you will obtain RSF certification, which is a guarantee of teaching quality for Swiss companies and associations. Certify your skills and develop your qualified client base.

Sponsorship

Benefit from job offers from other trainers in the community. In return, support them by recommending their training services. You will receive 10% of the turnover from each job you bring in.

To join our community of trainers, you must meet the following criteria:

✅ You are a trainer working in Switzerland.

✅ You are an expert in the subject you teach (qualified; minimum 3 years' teaching experience).

✅ You wish to develop your skills as a trainer.

✅ You would like to meet other trainers working in Switzerland and share your experiences.

FAQ

The annual membership fee depends on the package that best suits your needs. The basic membership fee is only £264 per year.

We ask our members to attend our monthly networking events and to show professional support to other members of the community (recommendations, advice, etc.).

The success and quality of our network depends on the expertise and commitment of our members. With this in mind, we invite our members to encourage other trusted trainers to join our network. A progressive discount on membership fees is applied for successful referrals:

1 trainer: 10%

2 trainers: 20%

3 trainers: 30%

…

10 trainers: lifetime membership offered.

Our training courses are held in person or via videoconference. They cover all the skills needed to develop a career as a freelance trainer: teaching, adult education, marketing, client acquisition, law, etc.

If we are convinced that your membership can be mutually beneficial and that you meet the above criteria, we will send you a membership agreement valid for one year (renewable).
