The Career Archetypes were developed through a collaboration between psychologists, psychiatrists and career coaches specialising in career guidance.
Their design is based on the main scientific models in the fields of personality psychology and career guidance, in particular the work of Carl Gustav Jung, John Holland, David McClelland, Colin DeYoung and Robert Cloninger. This research has been adapted to create a practical, accessible model that can be directly applied to the world of work.
The aim is not to pigeonhole you into a particular category, but to to help you understand better your professional approach, your natural strengths and the environments in which you can truly flourish.
