Master the fundamentals

You will discover the essential principles of the method: breathing, concentration and control. Learn how to engage deep muscles safely. Learn the basics for an effective and sustainable practice and understand each movement before performing it.

Strengthen your deep muscles

You work on the core to improve stability and tone. The exercises target the abdominals, back and pelvic floor. You develop strength and endurance without creating unnecessary tension. This module promotes better posture in everyday life.

Improve posture and alignment

You become aware of your posture and correct any imbalances. The exercises help you gently realign your body. You'll reduce the pain associated with bad habits. This module teaches you how to adopt the right reflexes on a daily basis.

Develop flexibility and mobility

You gradually loosen up your muscles and joints. The sequences encourage you to move with greater range and fluidity. You'll learn to release accumulated tension. This module improves your freedom of movement.

Coordinate breathing and movement

You synchronise your breathing with each exercise to optimise results. You improve your breathing capacity and concentration. This work encourages relaxation and muscular efficiency. You gain control and precision.

Structure your practice
