Assess the urgency

Quickly identify the dangers around you to protect both the victims and yourself. Assess the physical and mental state of those affected by the incident. Prioritise your actions according to the seriousness of the situation. Learn to stay calm and think methodically.

Master cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children and infants. Learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) correctly. Quickly recognise the signs of cardiac arrest and react without hesitation.

Learn how to quickly identify external and internal haemorrhages. Master compression and bandaging techniques to stop the bleeding. Protect the wound to avoid infection and complications. Learn how to reassure the victim while remaining focused.

Recognise the signs of heart attacks, choking, burns and hypoglycaemia. Act quickly to limit complications. Learn how to adapt your intervention to the person's age and state of health.

Online or face-to-face

Take your training online or in person and choose your class times according to your schedule.

Our training takes place over approximately 1 month. Allow 5 to 7 hours of training per week.
(e-learning, live courses and exercises included).

Graduate

Our first aid training course leads to a diploma and is internationally recognised. We are eduQua certified.

The modules

I. Emergency assessment

- Identify hazards quickly to protect victims and yourself.
- Assess the physical and mental state of those affected.
- Prioritise your actions according to the seriousness of the situation.
- Know when and how to ask for help to maximise efficiency.

II. Resuscitating the victim

- Master CPR on adults, children and infants.
- Use the automated external defibrillator (AED) correctly.
- React quickly to save lives.
- Learn about the importance of rhythm and continuity in intervention.

III. Stopping bleeding

- Identify haemorrhages and apply compression techniques.
- Protect wounds to limit the risk of infection.
- Reassure the victim while remaining focused on your intervention.
- Assess the need for rapid medical evacuation.

IV. Managing discomfort

- Recognise heart attacks, choking and other emergencies.
- Stabilise the victim according to their age and condition.
- Adapt your actions to rapidly changing situations.
- Communicate clearly with the emergency services.

V. Trauma intervention

- Properly immobilise the limbs and secure the victim.
- Assess internal trauma and signs of shock.
- Prevent worsening of injuries.
- Coordinate your actions with other care providers.

VI. Coordination with emergency services

- Alert emergency services with essential information.
- Communicate clearly with witnesses and other stakeholders.
- Organise your actions to intervene in complete safety.
- Develop leadership and confidence to manage emergencies effectively.
