Context and issues

In a constantly changing economic environment, the sales function has become a strategic pillar for all companies, whether they operate in B2B, B2C or multi-channel distribution. Sales is no longer just about completing transactions: it now requires an in-depth understanding of buying behaviour, CRM tools, loyalty strategies and market dynamics. Faced with this growing complexity, the Swiss job market places a premium on professionals who can combine analytical rigour, interpersonal skills and strategic vision.

The Federal Certificate of Qualification as a Sales Specialist is precisely what is needed: recognised and protected at national level, it is a benchmark qualification for any professional wishing to consolidate their sales expertise and move on to greater responsibilities. Approved by SEFRI, this qualification also opens the door to the next level, the Federal Sales Manager Diploma, and positions its holder as a credible and competent player in the eyes of Swiss and international recruiters.
