Module 1: Fundamentals and the project management ecosystem

This module sets out the key concepts and teaches you how to make the right choices from the outset. You will learn about the project life cycle, the role of the project manager, drafting the project charter, stakeholder analysis and setting objectives (using the SMART method) to ensure that everyone’s expectations are aligned.

Module 2: Planning, Resource Management and Risk Management

Find out how to structure and manage your project from start to finish. You’ll learn how to break down tasks (WBS), create a Gantt chart and identify the critical path. This module also teaches you how to estimate budgets, allocate resources and build a risk matrix to anticipate the unexpected.

Module 3: Managing Implementation and Team Leadership

Putting theory into practice. You will develop cross-functional management skills to unite and motivate your team, organise communication (both internal and external) and effectively resolve the conflicts inherent in any collaborative work.

Module 4: Monitoring, control and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Learn how to measure your project’s actual progress to stay on track. You’ll discover how to set up effective dashboards, use the Earned Value Method (EVM) to analyse cost and schedule variances, and manage the quality of deliverables.

Module 5: Agile methodologies and hybrid approaches

In the face of uncertainty and rapid change, flexibility is essential. This module introduces Agile frameworks (notably Scrum and Kanban) and explains how to combine agility with traditional methods (hybrid project management) to adapt to the realities on the ground.

Module 6: Project closure and lessons learnt (Post-mortem)

The end of a project is a strategic stage that is often overlooked. This final module guides you through the process of delivering the project to the client, releasing resources, assessing overall performance and drafting the project review (lessons learnt) to continuously improve the organisation’s practices.
