The certificate examination requires a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC or AFP), a Matura or equivalent qualification, as well as 24 months' general professional experience and/or work experience (part-time work of less than 100 % is counted pro rata). If none of these qualifications can be presented, 48 months of work experience are required. Periods of long military service or civilian service lasting at least one year are recognised as professional experience.

The certificate HR Manager / Staffing HR Manager is an industry certificate issued by HRSE and not a federal qualification. is not eligible for this reimbursement.

The exam lasts 3 hours and is taken online via the e-tutor exam platform. The exam consists of a single paper.

HRSE proposes the HRSE@home, which allows you to take the exam from home via the secure online platform, under the same conditions as the face-to-face exam.

A mock examination is included in the examination fee. Candidates have access to it on their examination platform once they have registered and paid the examination fee.
