The certificate examination requires a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC or AFP), a Matura or equivalent qualification, as well as 24 months' general professional experience and/or work experience (part-time work of less than 100 % is counted pro rata). If none of these qualifications can be presented, 48 months of work experience are required. Periods of long military service or civilian service lasting at least one year are recognised as professional experience.

No previous experience in HR This certificate is open to anyone wishing to enter the profession.

This preparatory training is aimed primarily at professionals in the service rental and staff placement sector who wish to validate and formalise their skills with a nationally-recognised qualification. It is also open to anyone wishing to enter the HR staffing sector without prior experience in this field.

No. The Staffing Gestionnaire RH certificate is awarded by HRSE Human Resources Swiss Exams, the Swiss umbrella association for professional examinations in human resources. This is an industry-recognised certificate, not a federal patent or diploma as defined by the Swiss Confederation.

That said, this certificate has real value on the job market: it is recognised by employers in the HR and staff placement sector, and is a A prerequisite for the professional examination for HR Specialists with a federal diploma, recognised and protected by the Confederation.

Does the federal subsidy of 50 % apply?

No, not for this certificate. The federal subsidy of 50 % (up to CHF 9,500.-) is reserved exclusively for training courses leading to a federal patent or diploma. The certificate HR Manager / Staffing HR Manager is an industry certificate issued by HRSE and not a federal qualification. is not eligible for this reimbursement.

The exam lasts 3 hours and is taken online via the e-tutor exam platform. The exam consists of a single paper.

HRSE proposes the HRSE@home, which allows you to take the exam from home via the secure online platform, under the same conditions as the face-to-face exam.

A mock examination is included in the examination fee. Candidates have access to it on their examination platform once they have registered and paid the examination fee.

Holders of the certificate are entitled to use the protected title Staffing HR Manager with HRSE Human Resources Swiss Exams certificate.
