Context and issues

In a constantly changing economic environment, the HR function has undergone a profound transformation: it is no longer a simple support service, but a strategic lever at the heart of corporate decision-making. Organisations today expect their HR managers to be capable of steering cultural transformations, anticipating changes in the labour market and actively contributing to the company's overall performance.

Against this backdrop, the Swiss Federal Diploma in Human Resources Management is the highest level of professional HR training in Switzerland. It validates advanced skills in leadership, strategic personnel management and change management, and gives its holders nationally-recognised legitimacy. Obtaining this federal diploma means taking a decisive step: gaining access to management committees, influencing the strategic direction of your organisation and embodying an HR vision aligned with today's human, economic and societal challenges.
