Context and issues

The Swiss property sector is undergoing a period of profound transformation: the energy transition, increased demands for sustainability, the digitalisation of lettings management, and changing expectations amongst tenants and investors. The challenges are considerable, and professionals capable of leading a property company with vision and rigour are in greater demand than ever before.

A property manager holds a strategic position at the crossroads of the legal, financial, commercial and people-related spheres. As the driving force behind the property firm, he or she manages their organisation – or a department within a larger structure – from an operational, financial and strategic perspective, whilst advising a demanding clientele: investors, property owners, local authorities and co-owners. As both a leader and a manager, they unite their teams, develop their professional network and draw on the expertise of leading specialists to carry out each assignment with competence, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
